Membership

If you wish to become a member of Grace Fellowship, please read the 'About Us' page and "What we Believe" page. Then read about our membership process below and complete the form that follows.

Grace Fellowship Membership Process

No part of our membership process is antagonistic to sincere believers who profess sincere faith in Christ, have been baptized by immersion, (or are willing to be) and are in good standing with their former Gospel affirming churches (if applicable). 

The process for membership is as follows:

Presentation: Persons may present themselves for consideration for membership by completing the form on the church website, contacting an Elder or Deacon, sending a letter, or sending an email to pastor@gracefellowship.us. 

Membership class attendance: All teen through adult membership candidates must attend our membership class offered regularly.

Elder interview: An appointment with one of our Elders will be setup for the individual/family requesting membership. The interview will cover the following topics/matters:

a. Understanding of the Gospel

b. Your conversion story

c. Baptism

d. If coming from another Gospel church, why?*

e. Your Spiritual Gifts and callings

f. Doctrinal and practical questions

*If needed, your former church may be contacted and a second interview may be scheduled

Approval for membership by Elders collectively: Our Elders will regularly consider the membership requests submitted by individual Elders who have conducted the membership interviews.

Presentation to the church for affirmation of membership: After approval by the Elders, membership candidates will be presented to the church in person, in a regular church meeting, for affirmation. Upon affirmation, you are immediately a full member in good standing of Grace Fellowship.
